Your monthly payment acts as a credit you use per class. Reduce classes mid-month and the difference is credited automatically.
The Tanzeel system uses credits to handle common refunds, billing adjustments, and scholarships.
How it works
- You're billed on the 1st of the month (or at the onset of the second class, for new students). The billed amount is treated as a credit you gradually use as the month progresses.
- Each class you attend uses credit equal to that class's cost.
- If you reduce your number of classes mid-month, you've effectively overpaid — the difference is returned as credit automatically, usually applied to next month's bill.
Notes:
- You don't need to do anything to receive automatic credits.
- On family accounts, one user's credit can be used for any other user, since only the primary account holder is billed.
