You're entitled to a 100% refund for incorrect billing — to your card or as credit toward next month's bill.

Students are entitled to a 100% refund for incorrect billing.

Contact us by creating a support ticket from the system or by emailing info@tanzeel.org. The full amount is refunded to your credit or debit card, or — if you prefer — as credit toward next month's bill.
