Cancel your classes

Cancel your own subscription from Billing > Cancel Subscription, then complete the short survey.

As an adult or primary account holder, you can cancel your own classes at any time.

Steps

Log in at LZ.Tanzeel.org.
Open the Main menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on mobile) and select Billing.
In the Billing Summary section, click Cancel Subscription.
Complete the short survey to finish.

Note: If you've already been charged for the month, unused classes are returned as account credit rather than a cash refund. Consider pausing instead of cancelling if you just need a break — you may lose your reserved time slots if you cancel.
