How often will I be billed?

Classes are pre-paid monthly. Stripe charges your card on the 1st of each month and you receive two confirmation emails.

Tanzeel classes work on a pre-paid system: you pay for all of a month's classes at the beginning of that month.

All students are billed on the 1st of the month, when Stripe attempts to charge the card on file.
After a successful payment you receive two emails: one from Stripe and one from the Tanzeel system.
Parents with multiple children or family members are billed at the same time — one combined bill on the 1st.

Why pre-paid? Tanzeel is a volunteer-managed charity without the resources to chase failed payments, and unpaid tuition hurts our teachers most.
