Tanzeel is a 100% volunteer-managed charity with zero management fees. All tuition fees cover:

Teachers' monthly salaries
Staff salaries in Egypt
Medical benefits for teachers and staff
Supply teachers (covering sickness, maternity leave, and more)
Full salaries during Ramadan, when teachers train instead of teaching
Fully paid maternity and sick leave
Operating costs of the centre
IT system development and maintenance
