Notify info@tanzeel.org before a holiday. You're billed for missed classes since your teacher keeps your slots reserved.

If you're unable to attend classes due to a vacation or holiday, notify Student Care at info@tanzeel.org with the period of your absence.

You're still billed for missed classes. Your teacher keeps your slots blocked from other students, and we still pay the teacher for that time.

Tip: We don't recommend cancelling your classes for a holiday — you may lose the convenient times you've already reserved.
