Our main objective is to make learning Qur'an a positive experience for all our students and teachers. Sometimes, though, there can be concerns with how a class is delivered or a teacher's approach.

Start with a conversation

Most cases are resolved simply by communicating with your teacher. Let them know your preferences so they can address them.

If the issue persists

Create a support ticket describing the issue. We will take action within 24 hours to try to resolve it. If we can't resolve it to your satisfaction, you can request a teacher switch.
