Rescheduling rules for newly enrolled students

New students fall into two groups based on how many classes they take per week. Different rules apply to each group.

Single class per week

• No rescheduling is allowed until your first class is concluded and you've been billed for it.

Multiple classes per week

• Rescheduling is allowed only after your first class and a successfully completed payment — usually after your second class.

Same-day changes are blocked

You cannot change class times on the day of a class — make the change the day before or the day after. You may remove a class on the day of the class, but the change applies to next week's schedule and you must still attend that day's class at the scheduled time.
