Rescheduling rules for existing students

These rules describe what schedule changes are permitted and when they take effect.

On the day of the class

• Switch to a different hour (e.g. move today's 9 AM class to 10 AM): not permitted.
• Add a class for the same day:not permitted.
• Remove today's class: permitted, but the change applies to next week's schedule. You must still attend today's class at the original time.

The day before or after a class

• Switch to a different slot for a future day: permitted — the change applies immediately on both student and teacher schedules.
• Remove a class: permitted — applied immediately.
• Add additional classes: permitted — new classes start from the next day (you can't add classes for the same day).
