Reschedule a trial class

You can reschedule a trial class once — with the same teacher, or with a different teacher.

For yourself (adult student)

1. Open the Main menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on mobile) and click Reschedule. You can also click Schedule class on your Dashboard calendar.
2. On the rescheduling screen you'll see your current schedule. Click the Reschedule button.
3. Select a new time slot and confirm the new trial class.

For your child (secondary user)

1. From the Dashboard, click Reschedule Trial beside the student's name. If you don't see it, open the Main menu and go to Secondary Users.
2. Click Reschedule beside your child's profile.
3. Select a new time slot and confirm the new trial class.

Tip: To change teachers while rescheduling, use the Book with another teacher button at the bottom left of the time selection screen.
