I missed my trial class

If you missed your trial, you can book a second trial class with the same or a different teacher.

For yourself (adult student)

1. Open the Main menu and click Reschedule, then click the Reschedule button on the next screen.
2. To change teachers, click Book with another teacher at the bottom left of the time selection screen.
3. Select a new time slot and confirm.

For your child (secondary user)

1. From the Dashboard, click Reschedule Trial beside the student's name — or open Secondary Users from the Main menu.
2. Click Reschedule beside your child's profile.
3. Select a new time slot (optionally with another teacher) and confirm.

Note: Each student can reschedule a trial only once. If you've missed both trials, email info@tanzeel.org.
